Install on AS/400: Logic server not working - need a help!

Hello All!
Our customer installs OneWorld Xe on AS/400 (OS release is V5R2). He applys SP20 but STRNET SBS(JDEB7334) command has "Waiting for dequeue" status. When he verifys process status: WRCACTJOB - he can see JDEB7334 process, but he doesn't see NETWORK and SENTINEL processes. PORTTEST doesn't run correctly, too (MCH0601 ... error appears).
Any Idea?

How did you create the subsystem? Also make sure when you do the STRNET, you have the OW foundation library in the Library list.
