!!Vertex Problem!!

My company implemented Vertex in our production environment today. We are experiencing many Invalid Overwrites or Reads, as well as, users getting kicked out of OneWorld. P4210 & P4310 are the primary problem areas. A user will enter a couple of orders then have the problem. They then reboot, only to start the cycle again. All that we can see that is different from our testing is the volume of users accessing Vertex through these transactions (Only about 10 users). Does anyone have any ideas why we are experiencing these issues?

Keith,
Check you tax settings. It sounds like it's looking for tax information for F0018 and not finding the requisite data. Each customer and supplier with a tax field of 'Y' will need to have a tax area attached to the (customer/supplier) master record.

Did you ever hear back from anyone on this? We had the same problem. JDE tech support was not able to help. So, we decided to run the on-line applications like P4210 and P4310 aginst the SQL version of Quantum instead of the DB2/400 version. The bach functions such as R42800 still are using the DB2/400 version. This seems to have solved the problem for us. But I'm interested to here if you have other solutions.
Thanks!
