Matthew, here are my three centavos, one each question.
1. Go into the menu application. You will see that some menu selections are
Client only. I guess those apps have BSFNs mapped to local and cannot run on
the JAS.
2. Tasks, you mean server jobs? You need to map B9861101 to LOCAL. There may
be some other stuff you need to set. I just solved that today with Cleola's
help. Look for a document called "JAS: Work with Server Jobs Problems" on
the KG.
3. Shouldn't be the case. The allowed environments are not the sum of the
user's profile and the group profile. You need to clear completely the
user's profile and add the environments to the group profile.

Ok, here goes..
1. I generated core objects and then did a generate all objects. If I log in
via the web interface, and go to menu GH9011, only some of the applications
show up, specifically User Profiles is not there, any ideas of what may have
happened?
2. Tasks, I can see the tasks that have been created, but when I select
them, nothing else appears on the screen, this is probably related to
question 1, but any ideas are greatly appreciated.
3. In order for users to log in via JAS, I have to add the J environment
directly to their user id, I am unable to get this to work by simply adding
the environment to their group, any ideas as to how I can make this work at
the group level?
