When an approval route is activated against a purchase order, a workcenter message is normally sent to the approver for them to action.
My question is, has anyone automated this process by firstly creating an Exchange e-mail that has voting buttons available, that the approver can then reply to (remotely, without accessing JDE), and have their response automatically update the approval table, rather than having to access the Purchase Orders Approval application (P43081)?
