F06116Z1 Time Upload

Hi,

has anybody out there used the F06116Z1 route to upload time sheet entry from a flat file into the F06116 ?

I have seen conflicting guidelines in the Xe documentation and the KG (document OHR-02-0035) as to how to configure the Cross Reference facility in P47002. Specicifcally, how do you define the Header (type 1) and Detail (type 2) Records ?

Any help much appreciated.

Currently using Xe SP16, Oracle database.

Typically all header recirds are a '1' and all detail
records are a '2'. This informataion is stored in
VLEDTR.

thanks; and what file should be entered against these two record types - is it F06116Z1 in both cases ?

(This is the bit that is unclear in the Xe documentation and the KG reference).

Yes, both record types are entered into F06116Z1. This
hearder record (type 1) is used to create a batch for
processing.
