Unable to see objects under projects from JDE user

I am having a big problem at my end it seems.Please help me on this issue i have attached my jde.log file for you to have a look.I have applied JD16385 on DV7333 with backup option on successfully and after which i was asked to revert back as my senior (Non CNC person) said there are some pre-install instruction,but when i went through them there were none.Then after restoring my objects successfully from the backup taken at the time of installation i tried deleteing the ESU JD16385 from ESU application.Then the disaster happened.My deployment server rebooted due to memory violation.Since then i am not able to see any objects under the projects under the JDE user.Enev on the deployment server when i am looging in DV7333, i am getting the error "Business function load failed - COBLIB.DLL: _CreateProcAddressHandle@12" and in the jde.log (of deployment server)file is says "COB0000012 - GetProcAddress failed COBLIB.dll _CreateProcAddressHandle@12 error = 127"

Please help me on it.

Would that also been when your signed into DEP7333 or JDEPLAN ?
