We have 3 application servers that handle call object kernels for users. All of a sudden more than 10 kernels turn zombie (today it was 13). Following is the error I get.
3220/3400 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Thu Apr 16 10:44:25.796000 ntexhnd.cpp101
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION
3220/3400 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Thu Apr 16 10:44:26.264000 ntexhnd.cpp151
====> Exception occurred with call stack:
MathCopy+24 D:\PeopleSoft\ddp\e810\system\bin32\jdekrnl.dll
INFO: Done setting IPC Handle State structures to abandoned. Process exiting. iParam: 0000003220
The result is some users entering orders dont find the orders in the system as they dont get committed due to this.
Please advice if anyone has faced this issue
