X0430 working?

dear all,
is the business function working? i tried a very simple one by passing in address number and return a description but still nothing coming out. i confirm this particular address number with data and description also with data via utb. why?
pls have the advice. thanks

dear all,
i tried X0430, B4200750 business function but unable to return any value. Has this gotten to do with setup like country constants that i posted yesterday?
please have your advice. thanks alot
