Check the data selection and processing options of this version of R31410 that runs at night. I'd also look at other jobs that run at night to see if they might be causing problems. By the way, is the audit trail information being filled in on the F4801 table, indicating the date/time and program ID that last updated these records? If so, that could point you to the program.
