We're looking to implement work flow in the near future. We're on Xe, SP16, update 2. Anyone programmed workflow? What issues have you run into?

I have done several work flows.
Before you begin:
1) How well do you understand the process being automated? Is it well defined?
2) Have you looked at and understand the workflow processes already built in JDE? Will you be building from these or creating custom workflows? Do you know what triggers you want to use to activate workflow?
If you understand the tool and how to launch it, workflow is not difficult. The biggest issues are nailing down the processes - who gets messages and when, and what actions they are expected to take.
