WO Routing is not getting attached

I have defined WO Routing in P3003 but while trying to attach routing through " Work With Manufacturing Work Orders" and copy by item, i am getting the error message " Routing not found", please advice me how can i remove error.

My WO is at status 20 and i tried in lower environment it is working fine. Please suggest me what are the necessary set ups to do for routing.

Check the effectivity dates on the routing file (F3003) and make sure the Routing Type matches on the routing file and the work order header (F4801).

Also make sure that the Start Date of the work order falls within the effectivity dates of the routing.
