Will it have any implication on financial accounting once sales update is done for inactive customer?

Once Customer address is made inactive, the existing SO can be proceed upto Sales Update. Customer inactive means setting Search Type value as proper inactive search type in customer master (ABAT1 field in F0101) and setting the Item restriction flag value to ‘I’ in customer Billing instructions (A5EDF2 field in F0301).Will it have any implication on financial accounting once sales update is done for inactive customer?
