What does value \'P\' mean in the field F4111.ILFRTO?

Do you have any idea what value 'P' means in the field F4111.ILFRTO?
I would appreciate any suggestions!

P for Purchase, perhaps?

My F4111 always has a P for OV doc types, and for those IB doc types created via Purchase Receipt P4312 (or reversed via P43214). No other IB's, and no other transaction types.
