Warehouse preferences and WO completion

We are using Warehouse Management in a branch with sales orders, purchase orders and work orders.
I've setup warehouse preferences to use multiple shipping locations and receiving locations for purchase orders.

There doesn't appear to be any functionality to allow the use of warehouse preferences during WO completions.
Does anyone know if this is the case?
