Hey, guys!
It's nessesary do not allow for some users groups to change one payment statuses to another.
I tried to use Row security, but I found out that it is possible to limit change some existing code, but I cannot forbid changing it to a specific value.
I need create user security for payment statuses (PayStatusCode or PSC) selected in P0411S
