Upgrading Ent. server OS from V5R3 to V5R4

Hi All,

Happy New Year to all of you !!!!!!!

As IBM is discontinuing the support on iSeries operating system V5R3, We need to upgrade the present operating system to V5R4 (Next version).

Could any of you please send me the documents that contains the procedure for upgrading Ent. server OS ?
Please let me know if you need any futher information.
