UBE submitted to the server in Wait state

Hi all,
We started getting this problem in PY about a week back. Any UBE (standard or custom) submitted to the server goes in wait state in PY. PD we have absolutely no problem. Below is the log information for the submitted job. The log says pathcode doesn't exist and then says enviroment doesn't exist. Kind of wierd. I can log in to PY7333 and do all the other operations as usual.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem? I tried all the steps in Solution ID 200807228 from Peoplesoft website which basically suggests cleaning all the log files from ES.
Thanks-

Gurus .... Please help me out here.
Today All the UBEs getting submited to Server in PY environment are erroring out. Attached is the log file.
In the log I am getting "Failed to find table information in TAM using RDB" for all the tables being referenced by the UBE.
Till monday the jobs were going in wait state. Our testing has come to a standstill because of this.
Thanks-

It sounds like you need to delete your global table tam files on the iSeries. In the ifs files - under PY7333\specfile\glbltbl.ddb and .xdb.

We delete ours weekly.
