Have you any idea about this, or have you any experience ?

Hi Alvancin,

There is nothing to worry about as the logo (TTF) is printed. The problem is likely caused by the font having an internal property or font name that is different from what the UBE engine is expected. This is evidenced by the garbage-like font name (non-English or some foreign code page??) shown in the JDE.LOG.

I had a similar experience before and when the font was updated with some 'proper' properties (too long ago, couldn't remember the detail) the warning was gone.

If you or someone is responsbile for the creation of the font, check the properties (in your font program) of the font -- try to see if you can locate the same garbage-like characters somewhere (eg. internal font name, family type, etc). Then regenerate/re-create the font to see if this fixes the 'error'.

Niki.
