We are considering implementing the Transportation Management module and I am looking for references to conduct phone interviews regarding TM. So, if you are currently using TM and willing to share your experience in a phone discussion please respond.
Some of the business issues that we are trying to solve are:
-eliminate multiple 3rd party shipping apps that calculate freight, record tracking #'s etc....
-simplify the process of creating/printing appropriate shipping documentation (pack slips, labels, international docs, declarations ....)
-optimize selection of best carrier for shipments
