Text not available for message JDE2495 file QJDEMSG

I am an IBM i system admin, but new to the JDE application. I have a JDE user that is accessing a UPAMQUEUE menu and taking option 14 AP Posting Errors MF. She is saying the screen is working fine but she keeps getting the "Text not available for message JDE2495 file QJDEMSG" at the bottom of the screen. Any help in getting rid of the message would be appreciated.

Does it exist?
If not exist, Add it with these values

Product code: 00 (left justified)
Glossary Group: J
Product system Code: 00 (left justified)
Desc: Report VErsion Not Found
Top row, position 5 should have: Report &1 Version &2 Not Found.

Bottom row needs: (*CHAR 10) (*CHAR 10)

Eric,

Thank you for your help. When we did this we found that someone had wiped out all the entries in the Data Dictionary. We were able to recover it and now all is working.
