tamfwrite: FAILED - The supplied user buffer is not valid for the requested operation.

this is my recent jde.log file from a full client build. Was wondering if anyone has seen these errors and what they did to resolve. Any best guesses would be appreciated.

have tried to look up what MS documentation says about WinErrNum=1784 ? It
may give you a clue. I myself wouldn't have one.

This error means exactly what it says: "The supplied user buffer is not valid for the requested operation. " - an API call didn't work... A glitch?

Hi,

I am referring to this particular line from your log
KNT0000119 - PRTTable_GetDefaultPrinterInfo failed to find printer: User: JDE Host: WinClient

I guess you need to create a logical data source for WinClient of database type access "A"; platform and databse name be "LOCAL" and Server name as "WinClient"

I had to do it for printer configuration.
