SOX - Removing Developers from Production; PowerTech

Our SOX auditors are requiring that we eliminate all access Developers have to the Production system, and then grant it back on an as-needed basis (ie. Change Management, troubleshooting).

We are considering a manual solution to adopt authority, however, there is a neat product from PowerTech called Dynamic Authority Manager that allows swap profiles and auditing.

Is anyone on the list familiar with this product or use it in a JDEdwards WorldSoftware (coexistant) environment? What do you think? Any gotchas or tips/techniques?
