SHOTOT-Amount gross order ,The total value of all lines on the order that have not been shipped and billed to the customer. Which conditions have to met in which active/batch application for this field (SHOTOT) to be set to zero. R42995 can recalculation sales order header and set it to zero, Cancel all of lines on the order that can set it to zero too.
