Serial Number Associations in 8.10

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem in 8.10.

When we go to complete both Service and Work orders, occasionally, the Serial Number Associations screen appears. We can work through it for the Work Orders and complete them ok. However, with Service Orders, whenever we get to the point where you select the serialised components, nothing is displayed. The serialised components have definitely been issued and no we have not run the R31802A between raising the order and completion...

This does only seem to be a problem with service orders and not work orders though.

Anyone got any ideas?

Amend that, this does seem to be a problem regardless of Order Type. We've downloaded a SAR which supposedly fixes the problem whereby you don't see the serialised components if you have run the R31802A. We still aren't seeing the serialised components though.
