SCOR model using in EnterpriseOne

Hello List!
As i know SCOR model in some approach is using in SCM modules of E1.
Now i'm writing diploma and need to get information about this methodology.
The aim of my job is to define and to compare SCOR parameters of distribution company before implementing and after.

Has anybody exhaustive information about SCOR method ?
Or links to free resources?

But the information is not free. But i'm a student and have no 2.5K$ to pay for it.
