is there a function to retrieve the value of Clipboard.

I know this isn't the solution, but here is some code I have used in the past to send data to the clipboard. With a little extra research I am sure you can find out how to get data from the clipboard as well.

The only issue is it probably will not work on a web client. If you are still in Xe then no problem.
