Yes, specifically on the AS400, if you have SQLPKGs running then you (might)
have to delete them for the changes to take.
Check out the recent thread, under my name, "AS400 and SQLPKGs" in the
developer's forum.
After deleting the SQLPKGs, and going back into design, to select the bsvw
(for fun), the issue resolved.
