I'm new at working with Payroll in E1 (usually just work with Financials) so I'm not sure if this is standard functionality, or just something not set up properly.
We are running E1 8.12 - 8.97.
When doing time entry to recharge time to a project we populate the employee number, an overtime pay type, work date and record type field (RCCD) with a 3 for recharge. The hourly rate from the employee master is pulling in, but it is ignoring the pay rate muliplier and not calculating overtime.
If we enter the same employee with a RCCD of 1 or 2, the overtime rate is calculated correctly using the multiplier.
Has anyone been able to get the multiplier to work when doing a recharge that is based on the employee master rate and not a pay table (union or otherwise)?
Any feedback would be most appreciated.
