RE: Moving to V4R5

We went from V4R4 to V4R5 on A73 / B7332 SP10.1 and had problems with ANY
ODBC connections working. It was caused by the DB PTF's SF99105, which we
initially backed off to get ODBC and OneWorld working.
We re-applied SF99105 plus two additional PTF's, SF64957 and MF25540, and
also had to grant QPGMR *USE rights to program QSYS/QPWFSERVER.
No performance issues from V4R5.

RE: Moving to V4R5

We are on 11 and have gone to R5 on multiple boxes with no problems what so
ever.

RE: Moving to V4R5

Thanks glad to hear that am running a reclaim storage this weekend to get
ready for it.

RE: Moving to V4R5

We did that move and actually had some major improvements. I would actually
suggest you move to a higher SP level as we found they fixed some
significant issues.
