Try deleting their user overrides (if any)

On entering data into a grid the user gets the following message:

Event Rules Error

[Invalid Overwrite or Read] The system may become unstable. Please debug
the Application using
the Event Rule Debugger.
Application: P98305 Event :Last Grid Record Has Been Read

If this happens to particular users, check for user overrides and delete
them.
