R03B413B missing 4 aging column

I am running the summary AR report R03B143B and have noticed that the 4th aging column is totally blank. I have looked into the design of the report and it appears that this column is not being populated. Has anyone else run into a similar issue? This was working properly in our last release B732.1 and since Xe, this has not been populated.

Prod: OneWorld Xe Update 3 SP17
Oracle 8.0.6, RS6000, AIX 4.2, Win 95/98, WTS, HTML clients

You will find that the actual problem is that the aging on the R03B413A does not tie up with the Headings. eg. Transaction aging date 30/6/01 will appear under the heading 31/5/01.
Problem has been fixed under SAR 5358319 but for B9. Put your company down on this SAR requesting it for Xe
