purging logs on the server

Hi All,

I am trying to pull up the server logs and it takes 4EVER. When it finally comes up, there are hundreds of entries. Is there a program to run to delete these entries?

Here is the command to delete files in the IFS:

DEL OBJLNK('/JDEB7333/JDE*.log')
