N/A Purchasing approval Workflow Table

I am writing a BI Querry and am looking for direction on which table JDE stores the purchasing approval distribution list so I can generate a report for the business on what users currently have what approval levels?

Thanks Craig, I have looked at that table but it does not seem to have the distribution list for the approval flows. I am trying to create a report that shows the list of currnet approval levels for each person by business unit. Any idea where I can find the distribution list?
