Fellows! I you a help

We had implemented Develop on Citrix and we are facing a problem.
The programmer is developing some changes on a program and if the other programmer gets the same program and make other changes and checks it in, it overrides the changes that the first one has done.

How can I resolve this?

Don't assign two people to work on the same object. If you can't maintain that kind of control, don't use Citrix for development.
