POS System Integration

Is anybody able to give feedback onwhat Point Of Sale (POS) systems can easily integrate with One World.
We are open to either batch or near-real-time data flow.

Our system will potentially require two-way data flow for the purpose of stock control, sales order entry, CRM-type data collection, and pricing control.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

CD Group in Atlanta has developed a POS system using the OneWorld toolset
that works very well.

I suggest that you contact them for details.

There is a software VersaPOS which can be interfaced with JDE. For more information you csn visit their website at www.versapos.com. Following is a snippet from a website www.ismretail.com regarding VersaPOS.

VersaPOS's breadth of features makes it applicable for general retail, as well as specialty retail, including wineries, salons, and dry cleaners. These features include customer spending pattern tracking, inventory control, and frequent shopper programs. The software offers more than 175 built-in custom reports. One notable installation of VersaPOS is the Robert Mondavi Winery (Oakville, CA).

Lakhani adds that VersaPOS handles legacy data from older POS systems and integrates with ERP solutions such as JD Edwards (Denver) and with ICVerify's credit card verification system.
