PO Status

I have a PO I am trying to receive on. I have already received a partial shipment days ago and am trying to receive the remainder. When I go into Enter Receipts by PO and type in the PO number, nothing comes up. How do I check the status of this PO to find out what I have done wrong?

Hi number_four,
you can go into the enter PO screen (P4310) and check the status of the order lines in question. Given you can close the lines at reciept time - it would be a fair bet that receipt type 7 instead of 1 was used.

I would take a look in the purchase ledger screen e.g. the changes to the lines...
If the last one(s) was a receipt of less than the full amount, taking the status to 999 - then its a 7.
