Platform Pack failed on AS/400 V5R4

We unwrapped the Platform Pack CDs and copied on to IFS root folder. Tried running the AS/400 command based on the document and it does not bring up the wizhard. We receive the following error:

The wizard cannot continue because of the following error: could not find wizard home (101)
Warning: could not delete temporary file /tmp/ismp001/4984141
Warning: could not delete temporary file /tmp/ismp001/4327805
Java program completed with exit code 101

Is there a solution to get to the next step to see the wizard. Thanks.

Has anyone else expierenced a similiar issue with this? I am trying to install it on one of our AS/400's and i am getting a similiar issue. (reminds me of the old Zork games with 'Wizard Home' )

The old MTR said that 8.12 could work with V5R2 and yes that is what i am trying to install to. (scheduled to be upgraded to V5R3 in a few months) Before you quote the MTR, why would the installed libraries state in the desc V5R2 (from another AS/400 we have done the install on (V5R3)?
