To chime in on the new Planner ESU JD12860, be sure to complete the
'special instructions' on the install sheet. I rarely really looked that
over too much until this ESU when all of a sudden I had 'empty change
tables' errors coming up..after spending way too much time on
troubleshooting it, it turns out some of the steps in the special
instructions really are required (index being created, ocm changes...).
Sorry, just lost a few hours of time that I shouldn't have. Maybe
others are better at reading instructions than me. :)

Hi John,

No matter which ESU you apply, you MUST ALWAYS read the Special Instruction. You are not the first nor the last person to do this mistake including myself.
