The file you are looking for is F0719.

Yes there is. In OneWorld - If you are looking for a Deduction, Benefit or Accrual (PDBA greater than equal to 1000), then you need the F0719 table. If you are looking for pay type information (PDBA less than 1000) then you need the F0618.

In World instead of the F0719 it is the F0619. The F0618 is the same in World.
