E8.12 Payroll - Manually prepare T2 JE - R05229 - Payroll Journal Proof/Edit Report and F07186 – Stub Information History Table

Is there anyway to manually prepare payroll journal entries based on the table R05229 - Payroll Journal Proof/Edit Report and F07186 – Stub Information History Table ?
The payroll cycle is already closed but few of the batches are not generated properly.

I guess, no one in JDEList is using Payroll module :-(

I have noted one thing. For our payroll we generate T2 documents. But for the above corrupted batch, I see T1 and T3 document types are generated.
