Please give help. This is our scenario,
Single Sales Order line (F4211), single warehouse request (F4600), multiple warehouse suggestions (F4611)
Confirming the 1st suggestion splits the sales order line, creating a new one for the confirmed quantity.
Then, in one environment, as the remaining suggestions are confirmed they create additional lines. When complete, the original line is closed and there is one new line for each suggested quantity.
In the other environment, the remaining suggestions are automatically consolidated onto the 2nd line. When complete there is one closed line (the original) and one new line with the original quantity.
We cannot find any sales setup that would affect the differing behaviour. Any ideas ?
