Parent Child Cutomer Relationship

Hi : We are looking to have parent child cutomer relationship set up implemented for our cutomers that will be attached to two different price lists for the different business lines that the same customer caters to . The Logistics report will cater to a different price list while the Gl report should add both the profiles for the same customer. I shall be very appreciative if someone could kindly shed some light on this as well as attach a few knowledge docs.
