Nope... R98826E does F98826, R98825E does F98825, and R96225 does
F96215.
The cross reference doesn't list anything that looks like a purge for
either F9603 or F9631, so I guess there aren't any.
I'll just SQL the stuff out, then.

If you delete the package from the package definition app it will delete everything incuding the files with the exception of the package build history.
