Need help with GL Batches

Hi everyone,
I work on a problematic that sound weird to me. Many time a month, the users entered a batch and when they return in it, the details entry they keyed have dissapeared. It's sound like it could be a caching problem or a server configuration that cause it, but no idea what. Any help will be appreciated.

We are on 8.12 web environnement and a SQL server database.

Make sure the batch really has disappeared before allowing your users to re-enter it. A long-standing (for us at least) issue is the HEADER record disappearing. The batch detail usually is fine, but can be difficult to find. I use UTB to check the F0911 file. A colleague says P0911 works, too. Building a replcement header is pretty simple if that turns out to be the problem - it must happen a lot, as it is simply a form exit from P0011 "Create". Pretty obvious what to do after that.
