Missing Row Exits

I have had some users complain that sporadically row exits dissappear when they are using Citrix. I have attached a screen shot of someone catching it doing this. Has anyone else evey experienced this and if so, did you get it resolved?

Hi Steven,

We too have this same issue and have not found resolution. We see this happen frequently if user is in a program for an extended amount of time.
