"Missing" NER code

When I go to Edit an NER function, all the lines of code are 'missing'. The code window is blank.
I can't check-in or -out... I get the following jde.log entries when doing so:

This applies to all NER's on my fat client. I know the code is there because the functions build just fine. It's just the NER editor can't seem to load the code. Object Browser also fails to load the line of code.

Any ideas?

Jeremy,

Can you access the event rules of any other non-NER objects? The local specs could be corrupt. Is there another machine you can use?

You have tested delete local specs, java proccess, etc. if the problem continue I think could be fat client and you should re-install.
