Media Object - Insert URL

Hi,
I'm trying to use "Insert URL" function in order to "automatically" attach an image to item master but
I'm in trouble with it.

I made a button with this code :

Insert Text(<Default Media Object>, <Default Text Object>, "sample text")
Insert URL( <Default Media Object>, <Blank>, "C:\TEST01.jpg")
Media Object Structures(GT4101, <Default Media Object>, <Save>, VA evt_EverestEventPoint01, 123456)

Did I miss anything?
Has anyone use this function? Could please send me an example?
