Media Object and Processing Option is not getting saved in 8.11

We are upgrading the JDE version from 8.0 to 8.11. In the 8.11 in the WEB when we are trying to save any media object and Version Processing option those are not getting saved. But those are working fine with the FAT cliane not working in the WEB. P98MOQUE for media object is OK. WHat setting needs be changed to make work Media Object and Processing Option
