Mass Change of Work Order Asset/Unit Number

We have a situation where work orders against a building need to be transfered to another building. The old building was demolished, a new one created, but work orders were still being put against the old building.

I identified two fields in the F4801 file (WANUMB and WAAPID) that store the asset number and unit number.

Anyone see any implications of changing this behind the scenes? When we change it online, it appears those two fields are the only ones updated. Anyone run into a situation similar to this?
