This should be asked in the "EnterpriseOne" area of the forum, since it's a more technical question.
Really, you only need to create an Installation Plan to add the new Enterprise Server. It's in the installation manual, no matter which version you are running (which you didn't mention).
I'm not sure why you would want another Deployment Server. I've only seen one situation where that made sense, and I certainly don't recommend it at all.
